forest, second-growth forest, pastures and grasslands.
The majority of the area that was previously used
for grazing beef and dairy cattle is now held in
conservation and is being gradually restored to
forest. An extensive trail system traverses the
property and continues into Guanacaste National
Park which borders the property.
