years built this beautiful three-bedroom house
in 1992. This laid back beach who is covered
in all kinds of interesting foreigners has
been a place for locals to vacation since
the 1930’s.Liz has been traveling and
surfing Costa Rica since 1999. Liz discovered
Zancudo in August of 2002 and it’s been
hard to get her to leave. Her parents Jimmy
and Anna Lisa Hughes also of Jacksonville
Beach, Florida own the house. Let this be

Rancho Burica The separate cabins are of various styles, one being a large rancho with thatched-palm roof. Most are one or two-story wooden structures, having 1 double and 1 single bed, with a total of 7 rooms in 5 cabins plus the rancho closest to the beach. All have lights, fans and electrical outlets (public electricity finally made it out here). Some have decks with ocean views. Spanish, English, French, German and Dutch is understood. Typical tico meals are available at the guest-only private restaurant.
